At WORKSHOP, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new garments aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Initiate Your Return

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Prepare Your Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all designer tags attached; items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

Affix the Label

Download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided by the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
